Wyoming has imposed a $30 fee on out of state boats.

The problem with that is it will get so clean that it will turn into the dead sea. The mussels are filtering out all the micro-organisms that the fry feed on which goes right on up the food chain till eventually no fish left.

It may not happen in our lifetime or even our kids but it will eventually.

Won't have to worry about the mussels either cause they will run out of food too. [laugh]
