I haven't fished Lamont yet, but I have a question for those of you who do. Is it always a different color or muddy?

I have noticed on Google earth it is a different color than the rest of the Preston area waters.

Is it shallow?

Where does the water come from? Straight off of a spud field?
Does it affect the fishing?
