Well the salmon are headed this way in some numbers finally. I am in Portland alot for work and i have been giving the springers a try as they head this way up the columbia. It has been pretty slow in my opinion if they are expecting 470,000 over Bonneville. But finally last week the fishing got hot and it seemed like everybody was getting in to some. Got this seventeen pounder in the middle of a nasty spring storm but it was worth it. Hopefully they will get up this way soon.
