I didn't notice that inside the UPS bubble bag the valve caps came in there was a letter from Dave Scadden and a refund check for the oars. The letter was both explanatory and very apologetic.
Further, for some reason I don't understand, my Rampage has developed a fairly fast leak in the floor / seating section, and I was unable to find the location of the leak with soapy water.
I emailed NFO and Dave Scadden responded quickly. He said he is having UPS pick up the boat from my house Monday morning and he will turn it around ASAP for me. I think that this is exemplary customer service on Dave's part, and I really appreciate it. He seems to be bending over backward to make up for the experiences I have had with NFO so far, and I really appreciate it.
