My Outcast FatCat came with an owners manual, and you can even download it from their site if your copy has been lost:

If it is the first time you have seen one of these boats, the valves are not intuitive, you don't know how hard to inflate them either. Other little tips about adjusting the pressure if the boat sits in the sun, etc.... all very useful to a new owner who has no experience with inflatables.
My Outlaw Rampage DID come with a single sheet of instructions that would have been helpful to Mark had it been included with his boat.
