[#0000ff]I will just add that regardless of what Dave has told you, Michael is still sitting there with unusable gear, and has been frustrated and dealing with it for a long time. Dave may have sent things to him, but usually the wrong things. Doesn't count. Eventually getting something right is okay, but it doesn't do much to change the aggravation of not doing it right in the first place and then not responding to attempts at communication.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Michael has voiced his concerns and opinions, based upon his REAL experience. Shutting him down and suggesting HE is off base is not fair. Nor does it have anything to do with what anybody else has experienced. His problem is HIS problem.[/#0000ff]
