Michael, you mean you have not received this message from Dave?

to hear that Michael is upset with our service. We have gone out of our way to work with him. We gave him an 80.00 pair of oars to keep and use until his carbon oars came in sent him valve tools to fix his valve retention cord even offered to send him a new boat and bring the other one back so he wouldn't have to deal with re attaching the valve retention cord. He just doesn't seem to be happy no matter what we do. It been bewildering."
It is in the sent file, maybe it got lost, but again, sounds like Dave is bending over backwards.
Like he said, some people will just never be happy with them...such is life.
MacFly, we both know of at least ONE basher that went postal on Dave. Got new pontoons, not to mention, next step up and more expensive NEW version. Probably what he wanted to begin with once he had purchased the older version.
But, I NEVER heard him come back and say what a great Co. or that maybe he was a little unreasonable.
And in some cases, the boats just are what some think they are.
