FC4 Utility Rack

[cool][#0000ff]Yes. I have an inexpensive heat gun that heats up the PVC fast for custom bending and forming. You can also rotate it over a flame or even the electric elements on your stove. Once it is softened you can bend it into shape and it cools quickly.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]When making tool holders, like for the pliers. I first cut or grind down a notch on either side. Then, when the ends are hot enough to form easily, I shove the pliers down in to widen the tube and create a custom fit. I squeeze in the top just enough to add tightness...enough to allow in and out of the pliers but to also hold them securely when not in use. Then, when it cools, the pliers snap in and out and do not shake loose easily.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]Once you have made a custom tool holder and it is not quite right, all you have to do is reheat it enough to soften it and fine tune it.[/#0000ff]
