First timer!

I am also a first timer to float tube fishing. I ordered an ODC 420 float tube that should arrive tomorrow! I also bought waders, a pfd, and fins. I hope someone corrects me if I am wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can launch a float tube any where you can get to the water. At least that is what I plan on doing. I've never heard of any float tube regulations, so I am curious to know if there are any?
