The staff seem friendly enough at the Riverdale store but the thing I hate is that alot of them don't know much about the products they are selling and can't answer questions. I was looking for a GPS combo unit for my boat last year and the guy working that area didn't have a clue on what he was selling, I asked him if he had ever set one up on a boat and used it and he said no. I ended up buying mine at Cabela's, the guy there knew his stuff and made it easy to select a unit. Everything worked fine after I installed it. Maybe that was an isolated case, but in the past I have asked about other products in the Riverdale store and never received a good answer. The guys in the archery Dept. always seem to be on top of their game so I always feel comfortable with their expertise.
