I'm not sure if it's the low water or what this time of year. It fishes very well with low water in Summer. There are lots of bald eagles that roost in the cottonwoods from about Nov to March. That has to make fish behave differently. I wonder if some of the fish retreat down to Soldier Creek for the winter either because of the eagles or warmer water.
