Hi,
I fished Devils Creek (3) days ago and it was solid. Even the edges were in good shape. The fishing was okay but all small. I fished the lake before the tournament and did really good on some beautiful fish. Now I only caught small fish that looked like they were just planted, but they were nice and orange inside. I think the tournament really puts a hurt on the fish in that reservoir. As small as the lake is, when a couple of hundred + people fish it for a tournament along with all of the friends etc. that didn't enter, it has to make a dent. I think tournaments should be held on big water like Pali
es or American Falls for instance where it will not be such an impact. Just a thought.
