If you go into the canyon. You will find fish almost anywhere. They are starting to move. Be patient. I always have an assortment of corkies, grubs, and helgies. And I definitely tie up a bunch of spawn sacs. The rule I have always been told is the clearer the water the smaller the gear. So have some differnet sizes as the water's calrity can change quickly. If the water is real murky you will want some larger corkies and grubs or Helgies. Make sure you use some scent and you'll start nailing some steelies in no time. I try to spend 30 mins per hole and keep moving until I start catching fish. I would recommend starting around the Owl creek area in the canyon. This area has really been producing some nice fish. Good Luck and be prepared to spend thousands of dollars after your first trip. It gets very expensive if you catch the "fever"
