I completely agree. When I'm fishing a wacky or Texas rigged worm, I always tie directly to the hook. For spinner baits and buzzbaits, I like using a palomar knot. It takes me a little longer to rig up, but in the end its worth it. In my experience I've never lost a fish due to the swivel. They're made pretty tough.
