there is something similar to this in Towada City Japan that i paid for when i lived there. you paid an entrance fee, then paid for what ever you caught... i got friendly with the owners daughter, and was allowed to only pay my entrance fee as long as everything i caught i tossed back. it was pretty cool the way he had it set up.... it was like 2 olympic sized swimming pools big and then a "creek" that connected a smaller pond with about 20 to 30 yards of riffles you could fly fish. anywho i ended up using it to work on presentations. i cut the barbs off my hooks because i got sick of catch a ton of little Masu Trout. they had the walls painted like a forest scene, and "grass" around all of the edges, the roof was high enough to steeple cast a fly rod and in some spots regualr roll and barrel casts. anywho after living there for 4 years i saw him change alot when i started giving him my old F&S magazines... he added structure (old cleaned out tires, a childs play ground set, etc) and started charging people more. it was a cool experiance but from what his daughter said it started to cost him an arm and a leg to keep it stocked up.
