More of the same mentioned above. I had a buddy living in Rexburg for a while that would regularly make 1/2 day outings as far east as Pali

Fork of the Snake, up to Ashton for the Henry's Fork all the way down to Rexburg, over to Ririe Res., a ton of places on the Teton (get a map and find where if crosses the country roads N. & E. of there). All of them have consistent if not spectacular fishing, if you know what to offer [
