Wouldn't this come under a stimulus package with all the new construction needed to stop the fish??
But then most people will view it as just a few "rich fishermen" complaining about their "hobby" being affected by a "few" fish.. Too bad 30 years from now they will be bitching about the great lakes being ruined and needed to spend billions to save it now that its an emergency rather than spending a little bit now..
