So if one of us southerners were to go to Cascade how would we go about getting to this Sugar Bowl island? Is it walkable? When I went to google earth it shows roads, but would they be open?

I just love the thought of a 13" + perch on the end of my ultra light with 2# test and maybe some of those 14"ers or a 15"er.
