agreed im thinking we need to start a petition but we need to think specificly what we want and we cant be irrational about it i would be completly happy if they opened up the entire resivoire and made it so you can only use 4 wheelers up to the one mile mark and open the blacktail side to foot traffic only the things i could see fish and game throwing at us are. it would make it to hard for them to enforce the rules over the entire res. (load of crap if they pull that card.) they might also say well if you dont like what we are giving you then we will just take it away. now i like prvrt believe they should work for us but im sure you guys know just as well as anybody fish and game doesnt look at it that way. they are the law!!!! and thats what we got when they deputised those guys. this is my personal opinion i think that the Idaho department of Fish and Game needs to be revised all the way through. all we ever here from those guys is money! money! money! we need money! lets jack up prices of liscences and tags!
