Yes thanks Ron! I've been following this thread but haven't chimed in yet. I was finding it hard to believe that so many people where having such a hard time understanding the regs.. Growing up in ID I guess that it's kind of ingrained and seems "normal" to me. I couldn't imagine not filling the freezer for batch smoking. Maybe that's why they make the little chief smokers. [crazy]
