The bottom line is very few catfish in a community fishery are not going to have an effect on any ecosystem. Roberts is a GRAVEL POND. Not one of the areas specifically managed as a fishery in the state. They are not in all of SE Idaho, they are in Roberts Gravel Pond. Sure there are a chance of bucket biologists planting them somewhere they shouldn't be. But there is that chance EVERYWHERE.
