I always understood you could catch your limit and still C&R afterwards unless the rules specifically said you could not like Salmon, Steelhead, or Henry's.

Seems quite undeniable that everyone here has different understandings of the rules. Youe even get different stories from F&G officers. That should be enough for F&G to sit down and right some simple rules that everyone including themselves can understand and follow.
