I personally think that The Idaho fish & game is like any other gov agency. When a new guy takes charge, he has his own priorities and agenda that he wants to accomplish and no long term goals that will make a area somewhat self sustaining. Probably cares very little what a lot of people want or what will work, just wants to do everything his way. I am really surprised that Henrys isn't a Bass fishery by now!!!!!!!!
