Ice Quest for Onieda Walleye

I saw a show the other day where they were fishing plastic 5 inch worms with a stinger hook behind a 1/2 once jig head. They were vertical jigging for walleye, granted it wasn't through the ice it was from a boat. I wonder if one of the 50,000 walleye a year they plant in onieda would fall for this. It just seems like we should know more about how to catch the buggers. They have been planting them there since the 70's. Who is gonna go forth and claim my 20.00 bucks.
