Rainbows aren't native to this area either are they? I know in years past they had blue gill in Roberts, and they stock blue gill in the kids pond near gem lake. And that pond is only a few hundred feet from the river. Every time I've taken my daughter to that pond I've seen pelicans, they could easily carry some fish between water ways.
