Based on these, it's pre-2007, and if you assume that Outcast does mods at "model year" intervals, then perhaps it's a 2006?
From the photos I can't tell if the pocket sides are floppy coated fabric or foam backed coated fabric...
TD, can you comment on when your boats went to black backrests?
Oh, BTW, is it only me that's bugged by the sewing QC on the top tube with regards to the way the pocket is attached? It's NOT straight, rather it's arched. I wonder if the stock photo is a pre-production model as the blue one has a nice level stitching on the pocket and I've yet to see an Outcast boat in person that has this "defect".
