thanks Raymond, I also like that reel seat with the short foregrip so I can rest my finger on the rod and have better feel. I hold my spinning rod a little differant from evry body else anyway. I hold it with my little finger above the reels foot, so I'm really just holding the foregrip. holding the rod like this gives me a more powerful hook set, it puts my finger closer to the rod itself, and distributes more weight to the butt of the rod making if seem lighter. later chuck
