It's hard to tell from the photo how large/small they are. Some of the guys I fish with don't even like the knot/perfection loop set-up described above for rivers because they think it has too much drag and slows down the descent of the line.
What size do you use?
Once you put one on the main line, do you push the dropper thru the hole and then tie knot?
I may have to try some for my stillwater nymphing. Now that I have a pontoon I have lots more room to carry more stuff[
