the buoy line was repostioned because they removed the wake less speed buoy at the mouth of the narrows, they did this to protect the dam face from waves of a few last season boaters, also in the past it is to the best of my knowledge that no one has ever been busted for fishing near, beyond or past the marker line during ice fishing season, finally the info was given to me by the dam care taker who works for weber basin water, forest and parks service has no control over the water other than inforceing boating laws and parks and rec laws[
