I have a nice little lake about 15 minutes away that has some monsters I might have to try.
[cool][#0000ff]Bugle-mouth browns? Nothing wrong with those. They are fun to fool and they pull hard.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]Big tiger trout feed like big brown trout. Usually nocturnal and they only feed once every few days. They raid a school of smaller fish and gulp down two or three at a time. Then they just veg out and digest their meal. [/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]No matter how good you are with a fairy wand, just sinking a bigger fly is not always going to get the job done. Tough to provoke a reaction bite. You gotta have good timing and be lucky enough to fish something attractive in front of them when they are in the mood to munch. I have seen big ol' tigers just swim right by a school of prime minnows when they are not hungry.[/#0000ff]
