I gotta admit, some of the sentiments that Hookjaw put down crossed my mind as well at one point or another. Nevertheless I am in total agreement with Brainamus about "what makes it a trophy". For me, more often than not, what makes my kills trophies is how I got them and the story behind it (guess that's why I don't have any stickers of great big freaky non-typicals in the back windows of my truck [:p]). It might be a great stalk, it might be a great shot, but I think both are legitimate components of hunting, and they usually don't both occur on the same kill.
I'm sure anybody on this website has taken a load of crap at one point or another from somebody that thinks that fishing is the most stupid and boring thing in the world. So if anybody understands the meaning of "to each his own", it should be us.
