mine is not that complicated.. 21 years in the Navy... hard steel decks.. long watches.. working parties.. etc.. takes its toll... Im not really comparing either here since my back problems are no where near the extent of you or DR.. but I do have my days.. LOL.. Ill just call mine becoming an elderly person.. [laugh]
