Our states differ from one to another as to when a fishing license must be renewed.

My opinion on this is, It would be much simpler if I could renew my fishing license on my birthday at the same time I renew my license plate..

I hope this thought catches on, cuz if you think about it, many states have age requirements as to when you must have a license, but by law you cant pick it up untill your birthday but must have it on your birthday and every day after...

This would work for small game as well, in most states there is something to fish for and something to hunt year round...
