Just an FYI,
Using Ziplock Freeser bags and packing you fish in there with fresh clean water can keep your fish harves fresh as the day you caught it for 2 years...
I have found packages 2 and a half years old in my freezer and opened them, thawed them and rinced them a couple times in clean fresh water. I put them in a bowl with the water and thaw them in the fridgerator. I drain the water and rince them then add more water and put them back in the fridge for an hour then drain and rince again... and Yabadabadoo as fresh as new...[:p]
mind you it was nont intentional to leave a package of fish in the freezer that long, just an over site, yet it never went to waist....
