From I-80 follow us40 past the dam. The first interchange you come to is the highway to francis. Take that. Rock cliff is just off the highway at the provo river inlet. It takes the old highway in to the gate. $7 day use fee at this end of the lake.Follow road through all the way down to where it ends in the park, there is a small water craft boat launch and parking area.
