I would also think WHite buggers and maybe Brown.
I have no doubt Halloween work, I have caught some of my biggest fish on them, but time of year also matters.
Like last week at Jordanelle.....black and orange just didn't work.
Brown on the other hand. Maybe even Olive, if the water is really green.
Chartreuse and yellow can also work.
