Outcast Fat Cat Stripping Apron
#53
I gave up on NFO and Scadden. What a crappy way to run a business. Their website was broken this morning when I tried twice to place the order. I waited until 8AM Mountain time (their published opening time), nobody home, left a message with my phone number.

Emailed them about the ordering problem and left my phone number.

Scadden finally called back this afternoon, but in the meantime I remembered how screwed up they were when I tried to buy a float tube from them several months back, so I decided these guys are not for me.

I had been talking with a guy about a pram, a really nice Spring Creek Prams "Hopper II". Well, it was still available this morning. A new 8' Hopper II would cost me about $2400 shipped to me and a 6-8 week wait while they build it. This used one is 10 years old but in great condition and has all the options I wanted on a new one... and he only wanted $500 for it.

See it at http://michaelnel.smugmug.com/Boats/Spri...0205_ZDDcF

I bought it. It's sitting in my hallway right now (I live alone). I wish NFO and Scadden the best, but they really need to figure out how to take an order when someone wants to buy from them. In the meantime, I wash my hands of them.

I'm selling my Fat Cat and float tube Force Fins.
