Ibuprofen or Naproxen. These are Intiinflammatory and help to reduce the inflamation and pain. Also you might want to invest in a small arm brace for the area that is affected. When my tendonitis started in my forearm my dr gave me one for the wrist and arm. After a couple of days the pain is gone. Hope you are feeling better soon.
