You pretty much laid out how the fishing is up here. Opening day I crank them in with a roostertail or spoon. Then after that I use meal worms, baby nightcrawlers, and powerbait. Those all work great for quite a while. Then once the water warms up, they don't hit anything for me. They stocked it again a week ago today. Not sure the exact number of trout stocked in that area. I think they should pretty active with the water temp being lower than it has been all summer.
