Here are some pictures of my report. It wasnt all that great being that we had a malfunction, but all in all we had a great time. We landed 3 fish and it was in the afternoon right before the winds came up on the west shore.
First things first, when we got to the lake at around 7am we unloaded the boat. Everything was going great until I started the motor of the boat. Yes it started but, I forgot to check to see if it was in neutral and well I pretty much loaded my boat onto the dock at the state park. It was pretty embaressing, kind of like my spelling, but yeah. So then I didnt think anything of it but I knew I hit the ground but didnt know until another 10 mins that I hadbroke my pin that turns the prop. It is made for this i guess. So we kind of fixed it we thought with a piece of metal and it got us all the way out about 200 yards and well the pin that we fixed fell out again. So we started to row back. Long story short we drove to Max Inn a nd a little further and well, we had the auto shop make us a new one out of an 8 ought bolt. We got back to the boat at around 10pm and it was getting hot and there were alot of people out. What we were trying to beat, but at least we fixed the problem. After a few hours of frustration and fixing the boat I looked down from the shore into my middle seat and saw the spare pins that we were looking for to begin with. I just laughed because we would have had all morning to fish had I looked in there. We got to fishing and here is our pictures. Let me know what yhou think. just your average mill of the run cutties but it was nice to have some success.
