Fly fishing in the Uintahs - where to go?

I am planning on taking a trip to do some fly fishing in the Uintah mountains. I have a new float tube I want to try out on a lake up there, but there are so many little ones up there, I don't know what to try first. I want to do some fishing on the Provo river as well. Any suggestions on good spots to fish up there where I could camp close by? Thanks!
