The advice given on Ririe was pretty good. For a little more specific go to the Juniper launch (near the dam) and work the rocky areas from the ramp all the way to the dam. I like the far side from the ramp myself, but have done well on both sides. Up the reservoir is good as well and same rules apply.
As for Pali
es I think the kokes are already headed for the creeks, but you never know, perhaps you could nab a late runner. My usual problem this time of year is getting them to hit.
