How many times have we talked about this buddy? F&G will never do anything to protect walleye anymore than they already do. And 99% of people who catch a walleye will not release it no matter what size, and no matter what they tell you. Most of them target the walleye in the River during the spawn when the fish is genetically programmed to kill whatever it sees. Then like Jigs said they throw them in there Freezer and cook them in August YUMMY! Nothing like a freezer burned walleye. This is why I don't devote a whole lot of time to this system anymore.
