Strawberry is an Awesome lake, but so is Henry's you just have to learn to fish it like anything else.
Like others have mentioned fly fishing is king around here. I am best at stillwater fishing, but I am starting to learn the rivers around here. There are several good sections of the N. Fork that can be fished with spinners or bait around St. Anthony. Just check the regs to make sure where you are. The easiest family fishing water in this area is the area around the cliffs down river from the bridge just after Ashton. It gets stocked heavily and is always good for a limit of stockers when my kids need quick action.
Ririe is good for Kokanee, smallmouth, and cutts if you have a floatube or boat.
