I would say thanks for cleaning up and doing the crap I dont like and then give you a small tip and expect more next time.. Next I would see how many friends and family you got and start a temp work service and rent out my old house too you and your familia and charge you 50% of wages to stay there and work for me...So I can build me a new place and quit working and doing all the small petty things I hated doing in the first place..
