I don't know and as a FLY FISHER ONLY, I don't think that is right.
Our Provo River is for the most part ARTIFICIAL. This means any rod, reel, line as long as it has NO SCENT is legal.
The F.F. only is just not fair...discrimination really.
It's like, I don't smoke but I think the enormous tax they are putting on it and banning it from OUTSIDE AREAS is just crazy.
The invasive species law....CRAZY I mean it is a good thing, just presented all wrong.
