ODC 420 - Storage behind seat

I kinda starting to like that storage box idea my self.
Its easy , not too much money and it would work
just fine keeping everything in one place and DRY.
I seen some of those where the lid has kinda hadle locks
so it wont fly away in wind and stuff (wallmart I think).
