Fishing the upper provo

My buddy has been fishing the upper provo along the mirror lake highway and has been doing good with the dry flies. He was catching mostly cutts and brookies, but caught a nice grayling the other day. The south fork of the upper flowing pretty clear and just a little high right now, but very fishable right below woodland. I also imagine that you could walk up from Rock cliff and catch quite a few fish on the hopper dropper.
