Volunteers need at Lee Kay Center

In the past, they have used electrically charged wires on the raceways at the hatchery's so that when the birdy would stand on the wire, then dip his/her beak, ZAPPO !!
Then ponds are to big for such a system, so They are having to put nets up. Like it was said, red tape and money held it up. |
