There are some on the west side like Christopher30 said. I have not been up there. He could help you more on that side.
Over by Fish Lake there are several. Johnson, Mill Meadow and Forsyth. 2 hours should put you down toward the boulder as well.
For tubing on a high mountain lake I'd highly recommend Manning on the Monroe. No brookies, but i think it's one of the prettiest spots around. There are some small brookies in the Box Creek streams up there too.
I don't think you'll be bored. There is plenty of opportunities around here.
